Spoke with employee who called owner and granted access <br /> for complaint inspection. Did not observe live cockroaches outside the food truck. Observed several live cockroaches inside the <br /> prep cooler currently at 65 F. The cooler was empty below, but the prep top condiment wells was observed with condiments. <br /> One live cockroach was observed crawling out of the sliced tomatoes. Major violations observed. Facility to close and correct all <br /> violations.
