As their job description warrants, associates <br /> may also receive Powered Industrial Truck Operator training appropriate to their level <br /> of involvement with materials on site. Training is provided at the time of hire and at <br /> designated intervals thereafter depending on topic or need. While associates complete <br /> most of their required training using our in-house e-learning system, site specific and <br /> Hazardous Materials Business Plan training is conducted at least annually. <br />
