The business plan was submitted late on 3/14/2023 for the year of 2023. The business plan was submitted on time for the years of 2024 and 2025. This violation has been corrected. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. This is a Repeat (Class 2)Violation. 11 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005- Site Map with all required content electronically submitted OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The site map does not have a key or legend that defines EAA. The site map key or legend will identify EAA as Evacuation Assembly Area on the site map. REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
