All applicable violations must be corrected within 30 days. <br /> This is a Repeat (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 3 23 CCR 16 2613(a)(3) and (b), 2650(a), (b), and (e) 2011011 - Facility has submitted and maintains a complete and <br /> accurate UST Monitoring Plan <br /> OBSERVATION: Owner/Operator failed to maintain a complete and accurate UST Monitoring Plan. <br /> - CERS Monitoring Plan lists that both of the 87 tanks have a 99 LD 2000 mechanical line leak detector, technician on <br /> site confirmed the leak detectors were LD 2000. <br /> REGULATION: Failure to maintain a complete and accurate UST Monitoring Plan for approval by the UPA. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a complete and accurate UST Monitoring Plan and maintain copy onsite for review. <br /> This is a (Minor)Violation. <br /> 4 23 CCR 16 2613(a)(4) and (b), 2650(a), (c), and (e) 2011012 - Facility has submitted and maintains a monitoring site <br /> plan <br /> OBSERVATION: Owner/Operator failed to submit a monitoring site plan for approval by the UPA. Site plan does not <br /> meet 2026 requirements, not to scale. <br /> REGULATION: Monitoring Site Plan —Owners or operators must submit a monitoring site plan for approval by the <br /> Unified Program Agency.
