TASK ORDER TWENTY-FOUR <br /> SUPPLEMENT TO THE "AGREEMENT FOR CONTRACT SERVICES TO <br /> OPERATE THE SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE <br /> CONSOLIDATION FACILITY AND PROVIDE RELATED PROGRAM SERVICES" <br /> This TASK ORDER TWENTY-FOUR is for services to be performed by Clean Earth <br /> Environmental Solutions, Inc., (CONTRACTOR) under Agreement A-16-324, dated <br /> August 23, 2016, (AGREEMENT) between the County of San Joaquin (COUNTY) and <br /> CONTRACTOR. All terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT apply to this TASK <br /> ORDER TWENTY-FOUR. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> CONTRACTOR shall provide all staff, equipment, transportation, and management of <br /> waste items for one Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event, to be held as follows: <br /> Task A— April 3 to April 4, 2026, at the Central Valley Waste Services Lodi Transfer <br /> Station, 1333 East Turner Road, Lodi, California, 95240. Event set up and <br /> Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator appointments will take place on <br /> Friday, April 3, 2026. Services will be provided to all San Joaquin County <br /> residents on Saturday, April 4, 2026. <br /> All work outlined by this "Scope of Work" is authorized by this TASK ORDER TWENTY- <br /> FOUR. All work shall be performed in accordance with the AGREEMENT. <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> Compensation shall be paid in accordance with Section III of the AGREEMENT. <br /> The following cost estimates are based on predicted participation for the event. <br /> Actual costs may vary. <br /> EVENT COMPENSATION VEHICLES STAFF <br /> Task A — Lodi Labor: $ 24,400 1300-1400 57-60 <br /> Estimated Disposal Costs: $ 45,600 <br /> Estimated Total Cost: $ 70,000 <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> Task A— CONTRACTOR will begin set-up by 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 3, 2026, and <br /> complete operations and leave the site by 8:00 p.m. Saturday, April 4, 2026. <br /> - 1 - <br />
