No waterways were impacted. <br /> OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS: <br /> EHD arrived on site at approximately 1:30pm and met with Route Manager Fabian Speed. Fabian pointed out <br /> the light remnants of cleaned up staining along a stretch of Locke Road in front of addresses 13109 and <br /> 13117. Dry cleanup was already completed and final power washing was in progress. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br /> Upon arrival, Waste Management had already completed dry surface cleanup using absorbent. Absorbent had already <br /> been swept up. Butler's Mobile Cleaning Source was on site completing power washing of the remnants of the staining. <br /> All dry waste was returned to the Central Valley Waste yard for reuse.
