Hansen Road, Tracy, APN: 209-230-26 April 6, 2026 <br /> 3) Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-605.010). <br /> 4) The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved <br /> laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-601.0200)). <br /> NOTE: The existing domestic well on proposed Parcel 1 was sampled as part of the SSNL <br /> received and reviewed by the EHD. <br /> 5) Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate <br /> a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-602.010 and 9-601.030.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-602.010 and 9-601.030 and C.C.R., Title 22, <br /> and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br />
