El Dorado St., Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of the <br /> application for a minor plan check permit to do the following on the underground storage tank (UST) <br /> system at the above noted address- <br /> * Disconnect 67 product piping at the turbine & Replace the fitting <br /> The minor plan check permit has been approved with the felInwing conditions- <br /> 1. Contact the local fire authority having jurisdiction, the San Joaquin Malley Air Pollution Control <br /> District, and the local community development department for any applicable permits and <br /> requirements- <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work from those included in this approval letter and <br /> the attached packet must be submitted to EHD for written approval prior to commencing work. <br /> All riew addenda supersede the previous antes. <br /> 3- Provide written notificatlan to ust@siggy.org for the following repairs and testing (a 7 -hour <br /> notice is required) Please be aware: an inspector may not be present for testing- <br /> a. Primary piping test- Integrity testing of the 87 product piping to ensure the system is <br /> product-tight, Testing must be conducted in accordance with (manufacturer specifications <br /> and California Code of Regulations (CC R) Title 23. <br /> 4, Any individual performing UST system installation or repairs, excluding release detection <br /> equipment, must'. <br /> a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses all applicable licenses and <br /> certifications required by the Contractors State License Board ( I_113), and <br /> b- Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically present <br /> at the work site at all times while work is being performed who possesses a current UST <br /> InstalIation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code Council (I C C): and <br /> c- Possess a valid, current certificate of training issued by the manufacturer(s) of the <br /> cornponent(s) being installed or repaired- <br /> 1868 E.
