A State EPA ID number is required for generators of less than 100 kg RCRA hazardous waste per month, less <br /> than one kg of acutely hazardous waste per month or any amount of non-RCRA hazardous waste. ID numbers are <br /> unique to a business and site location. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/to <br /> obtain an ID number. Immediately apply for your ID number and submit evidence to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 4 CA Code of Regulations 66262.23(a) 3010008 - Properly completed all Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests <br /> OBSERVATION: All Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests observed on site are missing the generator EPA ID number <br /> including manifests: 020140383FLE, 020140385FLE, 020140384FLE. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations, Division 4.5, Chapter 12, Article 8, Appendix <br /> "Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest, Continuation Sheet and Instructions" <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: A manifest correction letter must be sent to the Department of Toxic Substances Control <br /> (DTSC)whenever hazardous waste manifests submissions contain incorrect or incomplete information. Submit a letter by <br /> providing the manifest corrections on company letterhead, and include the following information: the manifest tracking <br /> number(nine numbers followed by three letters); the generator date; the date the generator signed the manifest; the <br /> generator EPA ID number used on the original manifest, even if it was incorrect; the incorrect or incomplete item number <br /> (s)from the manifest; the corrected information and the signature, title, mailing address, and phone number of the person <br /> submitting the correction. Send manifest correction letters to: DTSC Business Operations Unit, Attention: Manifest <br /> Corrections, P.O. Box 806, Sacramento, CA 95812-0806.
