This <br />period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br />regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION:Locate the listed receipts, keep them on-site for 3 years, and provide copies to EHD. If <br />unavailable, submit a statement that future receipts will be kept on-site for 3 years. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />CA Code of Regulations 66265.174 3030020 - Inspects all hazardous waste containers at least weekly. <br />OBSERVATION: The following facility hazardous waste containers are not inspected weekly: <br />- Two 275 gallons motor oils tanks located in the truck shop.
