The business plan was last submitted on 12/19/24. <br /> The business plan was submitted late on 3/27/24 for the year 2024. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br /> and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Routine HMBP Inspection <br /> Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There was 1 violation observed during the <br /> inspection.
