OBSERVATION:The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date, January 15. -The 2025 submittal was submitted late on 3/4/2025 -The 2024 submittal was submitted on time on 1/3/2024 -The 2023 submittal was submitted late on 2/21/2023 REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement ensuring HMBP submittals will be submitted by January 15 each year. This is (Class 2)Violation. 10 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004-Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information electronically submitted. OBSERVATION:Approximately 340-gallons of motor oil were were found on site that have not been reported to CERS. REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:This was corrected on site.The motor oil was added into the inventory during the inspection. This is(Minor)Violation. 12 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(3) 1010010-Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for release/threatened release of hazmat. OBSERVATION:The emergency response(ER)procedures were lacking or inadequate.
