Notes: <br />1. Gas monitoring reports were provided for January, February and March 2026. No methane <br />detected. <br />2. Site is secure. There are no security issues. <br />3. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for <br />the site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant <br />to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the <br />LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district and local land use <br />agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction <br />activities for such PCLU. <br />7.
