The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Enchanted Rock, LLC - Lodi DWR Site as of May 06, 2025. <br /> Open violations from February 03, 2025 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#10-1010004-Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information electronically <br /> submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION:Approximately 200 gallons of electrolyte from Lead Acid Batteries was found on site that has not <br /> been reported to CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#11 -1010005-Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete due to missing the following elements: <br /> - Loading Areas <br /> -Storm/Sewer drains(3 Storm drains were seen on site) <br /> -Evacuation Staging Area <br /> -Emergency Response equipment(multiple fire extinguishers were seen along with spill kits) <br /> -Emergency Shut offs <br /> -Access/Exit points <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br /> evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br /> present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br /> requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
