The business plan was submitted late on 2/15/2023 for <br />the year of 2023. The business plan was not submitted for the years of 2024 and 2025. A new submittal was made on <br />7/29/2025 for the year of 20225. This violation has been corrected. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br />year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br />annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br />This is a (Class 2) Violation. <br />10 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br />electronically submitted <br />OBSERVATION: 220 gallons of used oil and 55 gallons of used anti freeze were found on site that have not been <br />reported to CERS. Add 220 gallons of used oil and 55 gallons of used anti freeze to the chemical inventory.
