The business plan was submitted late on 2/15/2023 for the year of 2023. The business plan was not submitted for the years of 2024 and 2025. A new submittal was made on 7/29/2025 for the year of 20225. This violation has been corrected. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. This is a (Class 2) Violation. 10 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information electronically submitted OBSERVATION: 220 gallons of used oil and 55 gallons of used anti freeze were found on site that have not been reported to CERS. Add 220 gallons of used oil and 55 gallons of used anti freeze to the chemical inventory. This violation has been corrected. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval.
