No eye wash bottles were observed in <br /> that location during the inspection and Terminal Manager Sal Rodriguez stated the labels are inaccurate. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, evacuation <br /> staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if present, loading <br /> areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map requirements the <br /> governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Repeat(Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> This report was amended 10/8/25. Violation 10 was removed. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was finished <br /> on 10/1/25 and replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br /> by October 31, 2025. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
