The site map are missing emergency response equipment such as fire <br /> extinguishers. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br /> evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br /> present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br /> requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were 2 violations during the <br /> inspection.
