CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately make arrangements to have the business plan readily available for review. This is(Minor)Violation. 11 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005-Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. OBSERVATION:The site map is incomplete. The site map are missing emergency response equipment such as fire extinguishers. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is(Minor)Violation. Overall Inspection Comments: Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were 2 violations during the inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by 8/22/2025.
