OBSERVATION:The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date, January 15. The 2022 annual submittal were not submitted.The 2023, 2024, and 2025 annular CERS submittals were submitted late. REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. 11 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005-Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. OBSERVATION:The site map is incomplete. The site map was missing emergency response equipment:fire extinguishers. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Site map must contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This was corrected on site. This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. Overall Inspection Comments: Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by 9/27/2025.
