The max <br />daily amount for Phos Acid is incorrect. The Phos Acid max daily amount is listed at 1.05 gallons but needs to be listed at <br />265 gallons. Updated the max daily amount in CERS. This violation has been corrected on 8-14-2025. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of <br />the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Repeat (Class 2) Violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. The business owns the property and is aware <br />that hazardous materials and hazardous waste are stored on site. The shop area, tank farm, fuel island, and <br />warehouses were inspected. There was 1 violation found during the inspection. The 1 violation was corrected on site. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign.
