The 2025 and 2024 CERS submittals were not <br /> submitted. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br /> and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br /> annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> 11 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005-Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION:The site map is incomplete.
