For <br /> example: Epoxy Asphalt Binder, /Type BIX, Epoxy Asphalt Binder Type BV both list the unit gallons but the state of <br /> the material is listed as a solid. <br /> -Verify the largest container for the materials on site are accurate. <br /> 2)The following were found on site that have not been reported to CERS. <br /> -Approximately 2,650-gal of red dye diesel (1 x 2,100-gal tank, 2 x 275-gal totes) <br /> -Approximately 330 cubic feet of Argon <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br /> 1)The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br /> 2)Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, add the materials, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Routine HMBP Inspection <br /> FA0009490 PR0519679 SCO01 04/03/2025 <br /> EHD Rev.12/06/2021 Page 2 of 3 CP22-HMBP OIR <br /> 1868 E.
