The business plan for 2025, 2024, and 2023 were <br />submitted late. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br />annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: A site map was not completed and submitted as part of the business plan . The site map is <br />incomplete. - Identify all emergency response equipment such as eyewash stations and fire extinguisher <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs , as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br />finished on 2/13/2025 and replaces the initial checklist. Removed violation #2.
