The business plan has not been submitted for the years of 2024 and 2025. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br /> annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br /> This is a (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 10 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br /> electronically submitted <br /> OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for used oil were not complete. The max daily amount for <br /> used oil is listed at 110 gallons but there is eleven 55 gallon drums totaling 605 gallons. The max daily amount for used <br /> oil should be listed at 605 gallons. The oil filter have not been reported in CERS. There are seven 55 gallon drums of oil <br /> filters on site. The max daily amount for oil filters should be listed at 700 pounds.
