New facility owners took over the facility 6/25/25. CERS submittal had not been made at the time of inspection but the facility had been open for less than 30 days. Assisted facility President, Ramandeep Singh, in requesting access to existing CERS for facility address (CERS ID 10165815). A complete CERS submittal was made 7/23/25. An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was finished on 7/24/25 and replaces the initial checklist. No violations noted at this time. NOTE: All employees must receive HMBP training within 30 days of the facility opening. Please ensure all employees received HMBP training by July 25, 2025. Maintain training records on site for a minimum of three years. To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them sign. Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($179). To schedule an appointment, please call (209) 468-3420. The following was observed on site in reportable quantities: -One 450-lb CO2 tank AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, EHD WILL BILL FOR ALL TIME AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRINGING THIS FACILITY BACK INTO COMPLIANCE. THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
