There were no violations because the business <br />changed owner ship on 7/1/2025 and is still with in the 30 day grace period. <br />Observation 1) There are two CERS Accounts, 10182849 and 10982077. The business only needs the ordinal CERS <br />ID # 10182849. SJC EHD will merge accounts. <br />Observation 2) propane is not spelled correctly and the unit of measure says cubic feet but needs to be listed in <br />gallons. <br />Observation 3) ER Plan does not have local Unified Program Agency (UPA) phone number listed on line C1, Add <br />209-468-3420 as the local UPA phone number. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign.
