The business plan was submitted late on 4/10/2025 <br />for the year of 2025. This violation has been corrected. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br />year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br />annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br />10 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br />electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for motor oil, oxygen, acetylene, and ethylene glycol were <br />not complete. The max daily amounts were not complete. The new max daily amounts should be new oil 156 gallons, <br />new oil 156 gallons, new oil 385 gallons, oxygen 300 cubic feet, acetylene 260 cubic feet, used ethylene glycol 55 <br />gallons. 1,000 gallons of used oil and 800 pounds of crushed oil filters were found on site and need to be added to the <br />chemical inventory. This violation has been corrected on site. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of <br />the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were 2 violations found during the <br />inspection.
