OBSERVATION:The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for Ethanol 85, Premium Unleaded, Regular Unleaded Gasoline were not complete. -The inventory indicates that the size of these underground storage tanks are 9,816 gallons. The tank forms indicate that the tank capacity for each tank is 10,000 gallons. REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is(Minor)Violation. Overall Inspection Comments: Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by April 11, 2025. To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them sign. Starting July 1, 2024, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($172). To schedule an appointment, please call (209)468-3420. AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, EHD WILL BILL FOR ALL TIME AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRINGING THIS FACILITY BACK INTO COMPLIANCE.
