The business plan was last submitted on 3/17/2016. <br /> The business has not made a submittal for the years of 2016, 2017,2018, 2019,2020, 2021, 2022,2023,2024, and <br /> 2025. Immediately make a submittal in CERs for the year 2025. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br /> annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 14 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020002-Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records <br /> for a minimum of three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Employee training records were unavailable for review at time of inspection.
