Please ensure to <br />submit annual submittals by January 15 (can be submitted as early as November 1). <br />To make annual submittals: log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, <br />and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Routine HMBP Inspection <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There was one violation during the <br />inspection. <br />All violations were corrected on site. No additional follow up is required. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign. <br />Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($172).
