The missing elements include emergency shutoff and evacuation staging <br />area. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs , as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on-site <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Routine HMBP Inspection <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. All observed violations were corrected on <br />site.
