The business plan was submitted late on 2/15/2023 <br />for the year of 2023. The business plan was submitted late on 2/14/2025 for the year of 2025. This violation has been <br />corrected. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br />year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br />annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br />10 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br />electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: 1560 cubic feet of Compressed Gas N.O.S (75% argon and 25% carbon dioxide) were found on site <br />that have not been reported to CERS. Add the Compressed Gas N.O.S to the chemical inventory. This violation has <br />been corrected. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />11 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The site map is missing a key or legend to define acronyms and <br />symbols used. Add an updated site map with a legend.
