The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. 9) A valid permit from EHD is required prior to operating food facility (California Retail Food Code, Chapter 13, Article 1, Section 14381). 10)Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 601.010(b) and 9-601.020(i)). 11)Before any hazardous materials/waste can be stored or used onsite, the owner/operator must report the use or storage of these hazardous materials to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and comply with the laws and regulations for the programs listed below (based on quantity of hazardous material in some cases).
