All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #1 Demonstration of Knowledge <br />OBSERVATIONS: 5 food handler cards are not available on site. Provide valid cards within 30 days to gfahmy@sjgov.org <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Back hand sink and hand sink at the prep line, are not accessible. Remove items for full accessibility of the <br />hand sinks. Correct today. Corrected on site. <br />Front service station hand sink/ dump sink is lacking soap dispenser. Provide soap dispenser mounted to the wall. Correct <br />today. Repeated violation. <br />***The hand station has temporary bottle with pump to wash hands.**** <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization <br />OBSERVATIONS: Sanitizer buckets are not set up yet at the cooking area prep line and back prepping area. Set up bucket <br />with QUAT 200 ppm. Correct today. Corrected on site. <br />I observe big cooking pots with sizes bigger than the max capacity of the compartments of the ware wash sink. It is not <br />possible to properly sanitize the cooking utensils. Provide smaller size of utensils / provide commercial grade container that <br />can fit the bigger size utensils to be separately sanitized. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized.
