The employee on site tried locating it and was <br /> unable to. <br /> -The "Solid/Liquid Waste Drums" labeled behind the store were not observed on site. The employees stated they were <br /> stolen several weeks ago. <br /> -The "Personal Protective Equipment" labeled in the back corner of the storage room was not observed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, evacuation <br /> staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if present, loading <br /> areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map requirements the <br /> governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Repeat(Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br /> by July 13, 2025. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> Starting July 1, 2024, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($172).
