Compressed Agon max daily amount is being reported at 500 cubic feet but there are 6048 cubic feet on site. Update the inventory and make a new submittal. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a (Minor)Violation. Overall Inspection Comments An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection 7/25/2025. The report was amended on 8/20/2025 and replaces the initial report issued on 7/25/2025.The wrong inspection report was emailed to the business with 3 violations in an error. The amended inspection report has 1 violation and was emailed to cemente@theweldgroupllc.com The correction due date has been changed from 7/24/2025 to 9/19/2025. Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. The business owner is also the property owner and he is aware that there are hazardous materials on site. There was 1 violations found during the inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by 9/19/2025. To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($179). To schedule an appointment, please call (209) 468-3420. AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, EHD WILL BILL FOR ALL TIME AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRINGING THIS FACILITY BACK INTO COMPLIANCE.
