Confined Space <br /> Peterson Farms Inc. Policy <br /> Peterson Farms associates do NOT perform work on a "Permit Required Confined Space". Non- <br /> Permit entry is the only permit used to enter a confined space. <br /> • Non-Permit must eliminate all hazards before entry. <br /> • Non-Permit must be completed before entry. <br /> • If Non-Permit is not possible then we must use a qualified contractor to perform the confined <br /> space entry. <br /> Confined Space entries must have a trained entrant and attendant. <br /> The type of entry "Non-Permit" section of the Confined Space Entry Permit must be completed, <br /> eliminating all hazards. <br /> There are NO exceptions to this rule. <br /> Contact the Maintenance Manager and/or Safety Department for assistance with a Confined Space <br /> Entry. <br />
