REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Terminal Manager Ray Magallanes contacted regional management and obtained a copy of the HMBP during the inspection. This was corrected on site. This is a (Minor)Violation. 10 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information electronically submitted OBSERVATION 1: The location information in the hazardous materials inventory form for propane was incomplete. The location on CERS for propane states "northwest of shop". During the inspection, an approximately 500-gallon capacity propane tank was observed outside the northeast corner of the shop and a storage area containing 44 approximately 8- gallon propane tanks for the facility's forklifts was observed outside the south west corner of the offices. OBSERVATION 2: Washer fluid was found on site that has not been reported to CERS. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
