The business plan was submitted late on 1/23/2024 for <br />the year of 2024. The business plan was submitted late on 2/25/2025 for the year of 2025. This violation has been <br />corrected. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br />year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br />annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br />This is a (Class 2) Violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. The carbon dioxide and gasoline storage area <br />were inspected. There was 1 violation found during the inspection and has been corrected. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign.
