All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br /> threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and <br /> procedures: <br /> (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program <br /> agency. <br /> (B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment. <br /> (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. <br /> This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three <br /> years. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the <br /> training records to the EHD. <br /> This is a Repeat(Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> This report was amended on 9/19/25 to reflect the facility name change. Facility name updated to Gas Co Manteca. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br /> by September 11, 2025. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
