All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Take action to reduce /eliminate fruit <br />flies from the facility. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #29 Toxic Substances Properly Identified/Stored/Used <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed a can of Hot Shot insect spray at the back of the house (storage room). Remove household <br />insecticides from the facility. Use only commercial grade/food safe insecticides. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All poisonous substances, detergents, bleaches, and cleaning compounds shall be stored separate from <br />food, utensils, packing material and food-contact surfaces. Provide proper labels ASAP. <br />Cottage Food Operation items back labels. All CFO items must be properly labeled.
