Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: EL PALADAR (CART), 620 S YOSEMITE AVE, MANTECA 95336 <br />Mobile Food Facility Official Inspection Report <br />NOTES <br />Routine inspection of compact MFF. <br />Waste water tank of 6 gallons and 20 gallons for fresh water tank are maintained in the mop sink located inside the restaurant. <br />2 D reach in cooler is not plugged in during inspection and located inside the restaurant as per Fire Department <br />recommendation. <br />Mini cooler is provided at the MFF to be used during operation and food will be mainly held in the 2 D reach in cooler inside the <br />food facility. <br />Okay to issue 2026 permit once fee is paid. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
