MARTIN LUTHER KING BLVD, STOCKTON <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0056141 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT STATES THAT EVERYDAY FROM 8PM-1AM A POP UP VENDOR SETS UP ON THE SIDE WALK IN <br />FRONT OF DOLLAR GENERAL AND BLOCKS THE WHOLE SIDE WALK. COMPLAINANT STATES THAT WHEN THEY <br />BREAK DOWN FOR THE NIGHT THEY ALLEGEDLY DUMP OIL INTO THE GUTTER AND WASH IT DOWN WITH SOAP <br />AND WATER TO THE DRAIN. COMPLAINANT DID NOT HAVE A NAME FOR THE VENDOR/BUSINESS, POSSIBLY <br />UNPERMITTED. COMPLAINANT REQUESTS A CALL BACK FROM THE INSPECTOR. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint investigation at 310 W Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. Met with one of the managers. Discussed complaint. <br />Manager reported that they haven't seen any food vendors in a while, but when they did, they asked them to keep off property. <br />Manager further stated they would set up on the sidewalk parallel to Center St. Did not observed any vendors anywhere at this <br />address during the investigation. Walked through sidewalk and did not observe any traces of soap or grease dumping. <br />Looked inside two storm drains and only saw rainwater from the current rain. Did not observe any grease or soap residue. No <br />odor was detected. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
