On September 12, 2025 at approximately 12pm, (C)observed a large amount of rat droppings particularly <br /> on the shelf where the tea bags are located. Several product bags have been ripped open, indicating that rodents are actively <br /> present. <br /> This poses an immediate threat to the health and safety of the public, as food products are at risk of contamination. Someone <br /> needs to get out there and investigate this before someone gets seriously sick. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; 113700. <br /> All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
