COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT Name of Facility: MARINA MARKETPLACE Date: 09/24/2025 Address: 3201 W BENJAMIN HOLT, STOCKTON 95219 Owner/Operator: TOY ENTERPRISES INC Telephone: (209)955-0380 Program Element: 1600- Complaint#: CO2500587 Responsible Party Contact: DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: ON 9/23/25 ATAROUND 5:30PM, (C) PICKED UPA PRE-PACKAGED CRAB&SHRIMP LOUIE FROM THE REFRIGERATORAND ATE IT RIGHTAWAY.ABOUT 5-6 HOURS LATER, (C)STARTED HAVING DIARRHEAAND WAS IN THE BATHROOM FORABOUTAN HOUR. ON 9/24/25,AROUND 6:30AM, (C) HAD DIARRHEAAGAIN FORA COUPLE HOURS AND IS NOW FEELING TIRED&LIGHT-HEADED. (C)CALLED THE DOCTOR,WHO GAVE HER ADVICE ON HOW TO TREAT THE SYMPTOMS. (C)'S HUSBAND DID NOT HAVE ANY OF THE FOOD AND HE FEELS FINE. -(C)WOULD LIKE A CALL BACK FROM INSPECTOR- OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS Complaint inspection. No major violations. No re-inspection. Manager unaware of complaint. No other similar complaints received. No employees reported sick. Hand washing station was complete with warm&cold water, soap&paper towels. Employees wear gloves when preparing food. The crab&shrimp Louie salad is received pre-made and is stored inside the walk-in cooler. The salad is then transferred to a bowl inside the deli display cooler. Once the salad in the bowl is getting low it is separated into containers and placed in the open display cooler for purchase. All cooler temperatures were in compliance at the time of the inspection. None of the use by dates were past due. No sources of cross contamination observed during the inspection. Quat sanitizer was available and dispenser was in good working order at the time of the inspection. Current food manager certification available. Official inspection report was emailed to operator. To minimize person-to-person contact,the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
