All sharps containers observed during the inspection were in use. Operator noted that at the end of the day, all sharps <br />containers on the floor are closed and taken to the accumulation room. Sharps containers seal when they are closed, so <br />they are replaced daily. <br />8. Facility conducts weekly pick-ups of biohazardous waste containers in the accumulation room. Pick-ups occur every <br />Wednesday. <br />9. Facility did not have the current Large Quantity Generator permit posted within the facility. Operators noted on the <br />facility information (5021) that the mailing address listed was for corporate office. Information was updated so that the <br />invoices for the permits are sent directly to this facility.
