COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />11:20 am <br />11:00 am <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: Date: 06/07/2023 <br />Address: 310 W CHARTER WAY, STOCKTON <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0055894 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES A BUSINESS SETS UP WITH TABLE TO SELL TACOS ON THE PARKING LOT OF DOLLAR <br />GENERAL AT 310 W CHARTER WAY, STOCKTON. THE PEOPLE COME FROM SACRAMENTO AND DOES NOT <br />HAVE A PERMIT TO OPERATE. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint investigation at 310 W Charter Way. Did not observe the vendors as alleged by complainant. Spoke to facility staff <br />who stated that a vendor has been observed at the parking lot in the evenings. Advised that it is illegal to conduct food sales <br />without a health permit. Employee said the facility staff will ask vendor to leave premises. Inspection report was emailed to the <br />facility. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
