COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />11:30 am <br />11:15 am <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: Date: 04/22/2024 <br />Address: 9305 THORNTON RD, STOCKTON <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0056550 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT STATES RAW SEWAGE AND FOOD IS RUNNING OUT OF THE SEWAGE CLEAN OUT BOX ONTO <br />THE SIDEWALK AND STREET. COMPLAINANT STATES IT IS IN THE SW CORNER OF THORNTON PLAZA CLOSE <br />TO DANTE'S PIZZA. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. Arrived on site and located sewer cap that had been associated with sewage release in front of Best <br />Lumpia. Manager was on site and discussed reason of site visit. Per manager release occurred at closing time and not <br />sewage was released or impacted inside of restaurant. Release occurred out side and was fixed that same day. No surfacing <br />sewage observed. Observed toilet flushing at Best Lumpia with on issues. Complaint to be abated. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
