COMPLAINANT STATES THE VENDOR IS COOKING OUT OF A <br />TRAILER AND SELL UNDER A POP UP TENT. COMPLAINANT ALSO STATES THEY DO NOT BELIEVE THEY ARE USING <br />PROPER COLD STORAGE FOR THE CONDIMENTS THEY ARE SUPLYING FOR THE CUSTOMERS. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint investigation. No tent set up observed across from DMV Lodi. CMFO trailer with current EHD permit observed. No <br />issues observed. Complaint to be abated. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
