COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: Date: 04/09/2025 <br />Address: 202 S SINCLAIR , STOCKTON <br />Owner/Operator: SINGH, PARAMJIT Telephone: () - <br />Program Element: 1600 - Complaint #: CO2500198 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />IN THE PARKING LOT OF NATION MARKET, EVERY DAY, AFTER 5:00PM, A BUNCH OF FOOD VENDORS SET UP <br />TENTS AND SELL FOOD ILLEGALLY. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />On site for alleged complaint. Discussed complaint details with the front clerk who reports he is aware of one food vendor setting <br />up their food operation on the parking lot. The clerk called the store owner during the inspection. Discussed the complaint <br />details with the store owner who reports he is aware of one food vendor on store property but does not know if the vendor has a <br />permit or not. <br />According to California Health & Safety Code, Sections: <br />114381 - A food facility shall not be open for business without a valid permit . <br />114021 - Any food sold or given to the public must come from an approved source and be sold from an approved facility. <br />Note: If a second complaint is received for the unapproved food operation on store property and confirmed by EHD, the complaint <br />response time will be chargeable at $172 per hour. If the complaint response time is confirmed outside business hours, before <br />7:00 am or after 5:00 PM on weekdays, or at any hour during the weekend, the complaint response time will be charged the <br />minimum 3-hour minimum after-hours fee of $774. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
