The following is an itemized list of violations that have not been addressed for METAL <br />FINISHING SOLUTIONS - STOCKTON CA as of April 06, 2026. <br />Open violations from November 04, 2025 inspection <br />OBSERVATION: This hazardous waste treatment facility has hazardous waste tanks with incomplete tank <br />assessments. <br />-Components and containers of the treatment system unit (as defined by 22 CCR § 66260.10) used to treat hazardous <br />waste are not included in the Tank System Assessment including : <br /> -The acid drum and all associated ancillary equipment used to feed H2SO4 into the stage 1 and stage 2 <br />neutralization tanks. <br /> -The caustic drum and all associated ancillary equipment used to feed NaOH into the stage 1 and stage 2 <br />neutralization tanks. <br />-Hazardous waste characteristic for WT-2T. The tank name associated with WT-T2 is "Alkaline Waste Tank" and the <br />hazardous characteristic of the waste is listed as "Acidic wastewater". <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66265.192(k) <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Have a qualified Professional Engineer update the tank assessment and add the missing <br />sections. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days.
